Q: Is there a Cancellation Fee?

There is no penalty if a 24-hour advance notice is provided. For any notice under 24 hours, a $75 cancellation fee would apply.

Q: When is payment due and charged?

Payment is due in full at the time of pickup. Any rentals with delivery added will be charged 72 hours or 3 days prior to delivery.

Q: What kind of vans do you rent?

Our most available van is a minivan with a side-entry ramp. Some locations also offer rear-entry minivans or full-size vans. Availability varies by location.

Q: How old do you have to be to rent a wheelchair-accessible vehicle through MobilityWorks?

To rent a vehicle, you (and any additional drivers) will need to be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and evidence of full-coverage insurance as presented on a Certificate of Insurance (COI). A copy of your COI and all licenses will need to be provided.

Q: How long in advance do I need to make a reservation?

Our vans are in high demand, and it is recommended that you make reservations at least a couple of weeks in advance. The summer months and holidays tend to book up early, so it is best to reserve as early as possible.

Q: If I am arriving at a local airport or can’t get to your location, can you deliver the van?

In many cases, we can provide delivery and pickup services for a van. Additional delivery charges will apply. All delivery requests are based on local store availability. Please notify your rental coordinator at the time of booking if you require this service so we can coordinate your request with the local store.
